Returns, Refund & Reshipment Conditions

Modafinil Store offers a 100% delivery guarantee and you are entitled to a return and refund. Offering a pleasant customer experience is of the utmost importance for our team. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to help solve the problem together. We can therefore always be contacted via our customer service and pay attention to every situation that occurs.

We provide refunds and accept reships in the following cases:

  • The order is damaged – despite the low possibility of this happening due to the sealed packaging (including bubble wrap protection), in the rare cases that the ordered goods are damaged, we request that the damaged goods are returned to us and we will send back new ones for free;

  • The user decides to cancel an order that has already been sent out – If the article is sent back in unopened condition within ten days after the purchase has been processed by us, the order will be refunded by the previously chosen payment method;

  • The shipped order is incorrect – If the delivered order contains lesser quantity or incorrect products, the missing goods will be sent to the customer without additional costs.

Unfortunately, if the products are open or show user damage, we cannot grant a right to return or refund.
